Saurabh founded StaffChase in the year 2020  after a successful Working Experience in the Recruitment and Staffing Industry. He believes in  “Making our own destiny by paying hard work and a lifetime of dedication towards the passion that we possess’’.

He started working early in his career with Big Ecommerce, Staffing and recruitment software companies, always keeping the entrepreneurial goals in Mind. Saurabh has extensive experience in international business, with more than 10 years of experience leading strategic shared services functions specializing in the fields of Business Intelligence, Quality and Continuous Improvement.

Saurabh enjoys Reading great peoples’ autobiographies, he loves to go on road trips, loves to drive, he is a good chess player and he likes to spend time with family and friends.
