Raj is the Co-Founder & COO of StaffChase, focuses on overseeing the company’s US operations and is responsible for managing service delivery. He specializes in building strong teams and optimizing IT staffing – recruiting operations to maximize both client satisfaction and business profitability. Raj is recognized by his peers for his collaborative leadership style, proactive, approach, and keen ability to effectively translate complex operational concepts into tangible action plans.

Prior to Co-founding StaffChase, Raj has over 10 years of experience in the US recruitment industry – Team Management, Recruiting, vendor management, account management and delivering staffing solutions. Raj is known for his creativity, Leadership quality and his vision. He relentlessly works for win-win solutions for clients, employees, and the company.

Raj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from India. Raj enjoys watching sitcoms and Movies, he loves traveling with his life partner, loves to drive, and he likes to spend time with family and friends.
